Here’s what a typical day looks like
You’ll begin each day with a 7:00 a.m. morning meditation group, followed by a home-cooked breakfast.
You’ll then attend two 2-hour group sessions devoted to 12-Step and big book-study assignments and 12-step work presentation. Another homemade lunch will split your morning and afternoon sessions.
You’ll then enjoy another homemade meal for dinner, then either travel via community van with other residents to a local area 12-Step meeting or participate in another activity similar to those that take place on Cumberland Heights’ main campus.
The day concludes with an accountability group to support the Alcoholics Anonymous philosophy of “when we retire at night we constructively review our day…”
